Here's a Smidgen

My life, at the moment, is so cruisey, it's not even funny.

I get sent to Tallinn and stay at 5 star hotel and teach people how to use a computer system, and meet the awesome locals on my free time. Tallinn for me is a holiday, from my holiday (Sweden), from my holiday (Australia).

My job here at Ericsson is just retarded. I have two other people doing my job for me (something they organized), so I'm more like a just-in-case-something-happens guy. And I get paid a rediculous amount of money (most I've ever gotten paid, ever) on top of that. I read and chill out at work a lot. Not very stimualting, but it's a job, not a career.

Right now, the one thing I've been having some trouble answering is where do I live? Ruffio keeps on telling people I live in Australia. But do I really? It's a similiar question I asked myself if I ever lived in New Zealand, or if I was just there for a very long time? Some say I lived there, others say I was just there for a year. Do need to work somewhere to classify yourself as living there? Or do you need a static homestead?

Here's a definition of the word home, taken from Dictionary.com

home [hohm]
–noun
1. a house, apartment, or other shelter that is the usual residence of a person, family, or household. I don't have one of these, not permanent at least.

2. the place in which one's domestic affections are centered. Semi-Sweden. I called my tent home in NZ, and even hostels, too.

3. an institution for the homeless, sick, etc.: a nursing home. Not applicable, yet. Well, maybe the homeless one at least.

4. the dwelling place or retreat of an animal. When I haven't bathed for a while, applicable. Otherwise, no. Or if I've been drinking very very heavily, which is very rare.

5. the place or region where something is native or most common. The world? An airplane?

6. any place of residence or refuge: a heavenly home. Amongst my friends?

7. a person's native place or own country. Where's that?

8. a principal base of operations or activities: The new stadium will be the home of the local football team. Australia? I'm a team: me, myself, and I. And Ollie.

Food for thought.
